Bali: Tourists’ Most Favorite Destination

Bali is the most favorite place to go when someone is in Indonesia. There are a lot of tourists from other countries that are coming to Bali to enjoy the vibes in Bali. Indonesia people themselves also love to go to Bali because when you go to Bali, it feels like you are not in Indonesia anymore. In this article, I will explain why people love Bali based on nature destinations, the good culinary, the good accommodation, and the shopping places.

Bali is very famous for its nature destinations. There are a lot of beautiful beaches, mountains, lakes, highlands, caves, forests, and even waterfalls. Most of the tourists that come from the west go to Bali for those nature destinations. They can dive in the Amed, Padang Bay, and Nusa Lembongan to enjoy the life below the sea there. They can hike the Mount Agung, Mount Batur, and Mount Abang to see the beautiful scenery. They can walk and see the Bali version of Niagara Falls, Sekumpul waterfall, and Aling-Aling waterfall. They can also visit the Monkey forests to meet the monkeys. All those destinations are becoming more interesting if you take photos there. So, you can still have memories of it.

Not just for its nature destinations, Bali is famous for its culinary, especially the pork and the ayam betutu. One of the most famous pork food is babi guling, and there are a lot of warung and restaurants that serve babi guling. However, the most attractive place to eat is in Jimbaran. There, you can have a candle dinner on the shore, and sometimes there are street musicians that will accompany you through the dinner. They serve mostly seafood (there are also other foods) and the foods are very delicious.

Almost all hotels, motels, and lounges in Bali are very comfortable for tourists. Even though they are not cheap, they have a lot of good facilities such as swimming pools, free Wi-Fi, good access to roads, and the most important one is the comfortable bedroom. They have nice beds, a clean bathroom, and of course they have a TV. This good accommodation will let the tourists rest after having a long day so that they have the energy to go out on the next day.

Tourists need to buy some souvenirs for their loved ones. In Bali, there are a lot of shopping places to go to. For example, The Beachwalk Shopping Centre. There, you can go shopping while enjoying the view of the beach (as the name of the shop called, Beachwalk). There are also markets for those who want to street-shopping. The most famous one is Ubud Art Market. There, tourists can find some handcrafted masks, pieces of arts, and local merchandises such as Ubud bag and also Bali cloth.

So, the reasons why Bali is the most favorite place to go during the holiday are nature destinations, the good foods, the good living places to stay, and the shopping places there. Those factors really suite the tourists from overseas, even from Indonesia itself.
